Positive: Location was even better than expected Negative: It was exceptionally warm so we didn’t stay the two nights. Also if we hadn’t met someone else from the building we wouldn’t have gained access

Extremely expensive for what we got Positive: Location near friends and family, easy check in, near many shops Negative: No mobile signal, internet barely works, no cupboards, no cleaning equipment, basic beds and mattresses, broken blinds, had to ask for fans, main door lock doesn’t work, stairwell carpets filthy, extremely noisy

Worst Unit with many unfixed defects and no intention to repair after huge complaint Positive: NIL Negative: The whole units full of defects from bathrooms ( loosened shower head, shower screen handle broken ), Bedroom door broken ( can not close ), all window blinds' chains are broken. No hair dryer until put up the requests to Booking.Com. All beds are extremely soft and worst accommodation that we have ever stayed. When reported, owner did not bother and just reply with standard treatment. Even Booking.Com's reply was not professional by stating ' No one reported at all ', that disappointed us further and worst owner and Booking.Com handling.

Great Stay for a group - slight sofabed mishaps Positive: Well presented flat, pleasant and spacious. Very good for a group. Great check-in instructions + felt very safe and secure. Stayed after an event at wembley so worked well for us. 2 bathrooms was definitely a help. Water pressure was excellent. Messaged host regarding a lost item and they were very responsive and helpful, thank you! Negative: Could be an "us" / exhaustion problem, but couldn't figure out how to assemble the sofa bed. In the same vein, whilst there were spare pillows + duvets, we couldn't find spare sheets + pillowcases for the sofa bed. Had to borrow pillows from the normal beds and sleep without any cover - it was a warm night so not the end of the world - but definitely could have been more comfortable! I will say that given the late hour we didn't want to contact to ask about it but based on the communication I'm sure we'd have been able to resolve it if we had set the sofa bed up earlier in the evening :)
